We’re excited to welcome on board our new Sales Director, Maheen Mudannayake. Maheen brings a wide range of sales experience to our Univerus team, particularly:
- Almost 10 years with General Electric (GE), where he headed up the new NZ business unit
- More than two years with Schneider Electric, where he developed and mentored the NZ sales team so they could grow the business in their regions.
Maheen has also spent seven years as a Workshop Facilitator for the University of Canterbury’s Master of Engineering Management program. He ran two workshops: Business Development and Presentation Skills.
Maheen’s focus will be on all products in the Univerus suite, particularly AssetFinda and fieldGO. Maheen’s wide range of electrical and telco experience means he will bring a deep understanding of these sectors into his role. He will be working with both the AssetFinda and fieldGO teams, bringing a new perspective to account management and sales.
“What I really enjoy is working with people, bringing novel ideas to life and then delivering meaningful change,” says Maheen. “Developing high performing teams who trust and support each other is something I have focused on and I look forward to working with my new team at Univerus.”
Maheen started with us on June 15, and we’re looking forward to the value and benefits he will provide for us and our clients.
